In our media lesson today, we were shown how to use Quark. Quark is like photo shop only a bit more sophisticated there are rough guidelines of where you work needs to be and there are less tools to use. We are using Quark to design our contents page for our school magazine. In the demonstration we were taught how to import a picture and scale it to size and move it to where we want it, then we were taught how to import the text for out title and change the colour and font, we were also taught how to carry on the text into the other column which was quite clever using the linking tool. Here is the work i did in lesson on Quark.
